How We Deliver
Exceptional Projects
CONSULTATION
We will meet in your home to discuss how you currently use your space, how you would like to transform it, and your design style. It's great if you are clear on what your style is, if not, we will work together in the Design Development phase to discover what it looks and feels like. This conversation will inform the scope of work, or all the actions that will be performed to plan, develop, and complete your project.
DEVELOP, DESIGN, REFINE
Based on the information gathered from the Design Consultation, Danyel will create a Design Agreement that describes the Scope Of Work and Project Deliverables. Once the agreement is signed, and a deposit for the project has been received, Danyel will get to work. This is often one of the most exciting phases of the process, as we expand the potential for the transformation of your space.
In this phase we will document the existing conditions by taking measurements, photographs, and notations. We will develop design concepts, color stories, room layouts, view options for furnishings, order material samples, and more. Throughout this process we will obtain pricing, estimates, and quotes for materials, fixtures, furnishings, and any other work that is to be considered for your project. All of this information will be reviewed and discussed in our design meetings.
APPROVALS, ORDERING, FOLLOWING UP
Once ideas have been fully developed, and final selections are made, proposals will be created for your approval. Once approved, Studio Ilg Interiors will place, track, and coordinate delivery of all orders to ensure that items are received on time, in conjunction with the necessary construction and installation schedules. All orders are inspected after delivery to the studio, receiving warehouse, or job site, to ensure correct quantity and quality. We will manage any issues that may arise, and resolve them as quickly as possible.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
All project sizes require coordination of work to be performed, schedules to create, deliveries to be organized, and installations to be directed. Studio Ilg Interiors will manage all aspects of your project from start to finish. We will be in communication with you throughout to keep you informed, obtain your approval, and provide confirmation. We will also be on site regularly for the duration of the project. It is important to be present to ensure that schedules are being met, to inspect and approve the quality of the work being done, and to provide anything else necessary for your project to be successful.
PROJECT COMPLETION,
FURNISHING INSTALLATION
Bringing all the elements together at project completion and furnishing installation is when we get to experience the benefits of all the envisioning, planning, creating, and constructing. Whether our clients have been on site periodically throughout the remodel process, or they have not, we get to stage a reveal moment. Experiencing the completed space with our clients is such an enjoyable experience.
We will check in to ensure that you are satisfied with every aspect of the project, and that all of your expectations have been met. If there are any final details that need to be addressed, we will certainly make sure that they are. Studio Ilg Interiors will be available to you after the completion of your project for any support you may need, we want to hear how your design story continues as you experience and enjoy your transformed spaces.
